Continuous management of your active directory, print queues, backup, storage quotas, firewalls etc. We take on the day-to-day responsibilities, just like your in-house IT department.
Microsoft Servers and Domains do help to standardise the IT industry, but each of our client’s resources and requirements are different. We offer a no-obligation engagement process with all prospective clients in order to tailor make a support arrangement for you. For example, one of our clients has a 9am-5pm working day service level agreement with us. However, their company needs additional consultancy and continuous management, so we always have an engineer stationed at their site for one fixed day per week.
Typically, monthly support costs start at £125+VAT per server. For this introductory rate, there is a maximum of 15 users. Pro-active monitoring of servers is included. We can discuss increments of servers and users with you during our initial consultation. RatwareUK currently support networks up to 250 users.
