We have never been required to use our insurers, but for our client’s peace of mind our organisation is fully insured with Hiscox Professional Insurance Portfolio in the following areas:

• Employee Liability Insurance (£5m)
• Public and Products Liability Insurance (£5m)
• IT Contractors Professional Indemnity Insurance (£10m)

We have various Terms and Conditions which will be provided to you either when you place an order with us or contract our services such as Network Management. These Terms and Conditions outline basic requirements such as our service level agreement to you and the small amount which is expected from our client in return, such as “please provide us with a clean and safe working environment when we enter your premises” etc.

It is easy to point out however, that if we offer you a hosted service such as Microsoft Exchange and you do not pay your invoices when due and your account becomes delinquent, we may suspend your service until a satisfactory payment has been received. RatwareUK also reserve the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
