At RatwareUK, services are carried out by engineers. All our engineers are Microsoft Certified Professionals and have a background in either network or software engineering. The majority of images on our website are taken by ourselves.

Cable Qualification
Our specialist troubleshooters at RatwareUK are able to:
- Qualify - See if your existing cabling has the bandwidth to support voice, 10/100, VoIP, Gigabit Ethernet or Fibre
- Troubleshoot - show why existing cabling cannot support the network's bandwidth requirement (e.g. crosstalk at 11 metres)
- Discover - detect what's at the end of any cable and display device configuration (speed/duplex/pairing)
- Identify unused switch ports that can be reallocated
- Map wiring configuration and show distance to faults
- Test all copper cabling media: twisted-pair, coax and audio cabling
