PAYG Support
Mon 1st Sep 2008
At the company's pre-AGM a motion was passed to scrap Pay-As-You-Go IT support for new customers as of September 2008.
Despite popular belief, pay-as-you-go support doesn't help the customer or save them money. Especially if they're on a domain; management and configuration is complex. It needs to be centralised, logged and governed by a strict agreement which benefits all parties. Also, with contract IT support RatwareUK can pro-actively manage their entire network infrastructure by the second. This gives the customer a fantastic level of support and service up-time.

Existing PAYG customers will stay on the current tariff but will be expected to move onto contract in 2009.
